The PMLN president Mr Shehbaz Sharif was sworn in as member of the Punjab Assembly yesterday after being elected unopposed. He will certainly be elected as leader of the house in the Punjab Assembly on Sunday. Anyone who remembers Mr Sharif’s last tenure as chief minister Punjab will welcome him back to the job. He has been rated the best administrator the province has had even by those who have sat in opposition to him. This time around he is even more mature as a politician — as evidenced by his appearances on TV channels — and should be able to measure himself better against the challenges he will face.
The last time Mr Sharif was chief minister, his brother was prime minister of Pakistan. This time his party is a coalition partner of the PPP in power in Islamabad, and he will have PPP ministers in his cabinet. What the province will gain is his personal drive, his stamina at work and his dislike of the notorious provincial red tape. He will also be able to extend his developmental vision to southern Punjab which was unwisely alienated by the PMLQ in its last days. Mr Shehbaz Sharif is free of political stereotypes. People will recall that in order to acquire better know-how in the sector of deprived local communities, he consulted late Hameed Akhtar Khan of the Orangi Pilot Project of Karachi and won his respect. Punjab expects an all-round and evenly spread developmental effort from him. There are cities in the province with threadbare educational and communication infrastructures waiting for his attention. *

Unfortunately once again all the resources of Punjab would once again be opened to the beautification of Lahore only; considering his ”performances”the last time he was the chief minister: He does not have any time or patience for the rest of the province – nor does he possess the deapth and insight. Lets hope he has has learnt a lesson or two during his wonderings during exile.

thanks for visiting. well, this is a perception and not reality per se.. SS initiated excellent projects in Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot and other parts as well. Yes, the South was less of a focus and this time SS is all set to address the relative backwardness there.

He is the best man for the post and it is a bit unfortunate that he is the youger brother. otherwise a guy with his capabilities should have been the P.M of Pakistan. Anyways in reality he has done a lot for Punjab and whatever it was a gesture or for publicity i cannot forget when he steped down in Gual Mandi in knee deep water and suspended the people responsible. Nice to come across this blog. I’m from Southern Punjab, specifically from Multan. There is an issue I want to bring to Mr. Shahbaz Sharif’s notice. I really wish there were an email address for his office. Till now, I haven’t been able to get hold of it. The Punjab website can’t be accessed as a error page shows up.
Mr. shahbaz Sharif is a brave man of my Punjab. I like him due to his love with country and people of country espacially poors he can see to poor people of country. He is precious diamond of country. Although i have no approch to meet him however i have a dream to meet him.

EDO visit this school she asked head mistress to arrange a teacher for students they will pay only 800/= rupees. it requested that i was applied for english teacher in this school. to write secretary education punjab for job. no response is given to me. kindly help me in this problems.

Dear Sir,
A community of laundrymen and people, we had migrated from India to live in Muslim homeland of Pakistan in 1947 and had settled in Saraay Ratan Chand, Chowk Shah Alam Gate in the Bansanwala Bazar, Lahore. The houses that we took up for living here were taken over by the Evacuee Trust Property Board whose office at 9-Court Street, Lahore received rent from us. These houses were in dilapidated condition and the Saraay Rattan Chand area itself was also unlivable due to lack of drainage facilities. In the last 59 years, we have repaired these houses with our meager incomes and also spent money on the improvement of the area itself.
We request the Government of Pakistan to Grant us the Right of Ownership of our houses as it has done to several kacchi-abadies of Lahore.

I am 43 years of age, having a second wife and living in my sister-in-law’s house for the past 6 years. My wife and sister-in-law are strong-headed ladies who bull shits me for everything and treats me like a slave. I have failed to fulfill any desire of my wife and that’s why my wife has started smoking and doesn’t want to shift to my parent’s house. On the other hand, my father has always treated me like a step son and always abused me for everything I have done. Sometimes he was right as I ran from my house on the day of my wedding with taya’s daughter. Then afterwards, I went abroad and got married with sexy foreigner who delivered twins and they are 18 years of age. I left them and never met them since their birth. After that I came back to my dear homeland and then to my dear father for apologies for what I did. My father was kind to excuse me for such big blunders. Then he again convinced me to marry a girl of his choice which initially I agreed upon but I met another Pakistani lady who belonged to Multan and daughter of a rich man. I fall in love with her and finally we got married against my parent’s desire. I have a daughter and a son who study in well reputed schools of which my in-laws pay the bill and constantly taunt me as they have given a big favor. My children are also related to them, if they pay school fee then what is the harm.
My professional life has remained instable due to my personal history. I used to work for Netsol as Asist. Project Manager and used to get Rs. 60000/ per month, my boss Mr. Ahsan Zubair never understood me and that’s why I left the organization, Due to my family and professional erratic life I ran from my place after few months of leaving Netsol, as I got a job in EGD in Islamabad which a govt organistion working for IT. I was terminated from their because of my personality clash with my seniors specially Mr. Raza Abbas, I was elder to most of them in age and experience but yet I was working under them, moreover they never listened to my professional/technical feedback, due to all this I had a fight with my collegues and my seniors, even my collegues never understood me and used to label me as an abnormal person, sometimes I feel that I am not born for this country, yet I have to live in this stupid environment.
My wife does not love me, even my kids avoid me, because I didn’t fullfill their desires, even they don’t take me to their schools functions/ parent techer meetings. My in laws disrespect me and never gave me the respect which I deserve. Even my parents had started ignoring me for now.
Due to this behavior of my wife and kids I had started having girl friends and I hang around with them whenever I am more frustered, I love all my girl friends, I smoke hash and drink alcohol with them to pass if my frustration. Sometimes I am so frustrated that I have to pay to have sex, even I tried to make friendship with my female collegues but non of them have agreed upon which had actually added a lot into my frustration.
There is nobody in this world who loves me and there is nobody whom I love, I just love myself and I hate those who doesn’t accept this.
The purpose of saying all this is that you people can understand my mental state on the basis of the experiences I had in the past.
I apologise for what I have said before, please forgive me for this I was badly drunk at that time as I was frustrated because I was again terminated from PITB on the same grounds, this time the collougues of mine in PITB were more worst. That’s why I did all this.

I have narrated my problem on this blog on April 19, 2009 but yet to receive any reply. Please do favor me in this issue. I have also submitted my complaint to the complaint cell of the official websit of government of punjab.

Problems Of Disable Persons
There are many problems which are being faced by physically disable persons such as blind deaf and there is some defect with leg hand etc.I am personally physically disable person from left leg and experiencing these problems .So I am in a better position to point out problems and suggest some remedies so that these persons can be facilitated to spent life a useful and respectable Pakistani.
1-In Pakistan a disable person is unable to get all the facilities which Pakistani law provides until he has a certified proof of disability. Bad luck is that in our country a person who is right has to face difficulties to prove that he is right. In Pakistan this certificate is being provided by the district assessment board in every district head quarter hospital. The procedure is too difficult and teasing that a disable person without approach cannot get this certificate. No person has proper information. Like all other sectors here is also lack of responsibility and regularity in officers. A disable person cannot submit registration form until surgeon approves. The surgeon like all other officers is also irregular. A disable person has to visit for several months to find surgeon and start the registration process. In my opinion a disable person thinks that his birth is a great mistake in this world. If a person pays bribery if although he is partially disable or not disable can get certificate easily.
social officers who are appointed are very responsible and regular but they have no authority. According to my opinion the social officer and surgeon should be linked. The surgeon and the social officer should sit on the same place so that surgeons can be made regular as well as efficiency of registration process can be improved .
2-In Pakistan like all other useable goods supporting equipments for disable persons such as sticks ,wheel chairs, listening instruments for deaf persons are very costly. They are not affordable by any common person .It means that we are pushing back the disable persons in race of life. The government provides subsidy in all sectors but till now government has not taken any measures to provide these instruments to disable persons at concessional prices. I request the government to take some measures to provide necessary equipments to disable persons at concessional rates.
3-In our country at all educational levels 2% quota is reserved for physically disable students who provide district assessment board registration certificate of disability. For a student it is very difficult to get that certificate due to following reasons.
(a)Lack of proper information
(b)complicated system of registration
(c)Lack of responsibility among registration staff
So the student has to wait for years for the registration certificate.
According to my opinion 2% quota is very less and not according to requirements so all disable students should be provided admission except those which are below a minimum level of merit. For this purpose seats can be increased according to requirement. The merit should also separate and low then the normal persons. At university level all universities should establish their own disciplinary boards who should be assigned the duty of assessment of disability in disable persons for admission in those students who have no district assessment board registration certificate so that they can be facilitated and they can continue their education. Will it not be beneficial to make useful persons rather than beggars. If these persons are in a position to get education and they are successful in getting education than rehabilitation process will not be required.
4-Like all other sectors the education sector has also been commercialized. To get education for a disable person is only a dream. So a legal provision should be made that all the disable persons who get admission in all universities should be provided education free of cost in such a way that these persons did not consider themselves low among other students.
5-In all Government educational institutions hostel facility is availablable.Provision should be made that all disable persons who come from other cities and are not in a positions to go home daily should be provided hostel facility without considering that their admission is in morning , afternoon or evening session. I have personally observed that in Punjab university, university authorities refused to provide me hostel that my admission is not in morning session .I am mentioning that I belong to Tehsil sammundari District Faisalabad(196 G.B. Muridwala) and there is no relative in Lahore and I am only here for study purpose.
6-Most of the educational institutions and business offices are multiple storey buildings. In most of these buildings there are no lifts installed. So disable persons face a lot of difficulties to go on other floors. So it should be made compulsory to install lifts in all multiple storey buildings so that disable students as well as employees can be facilitated. If in any educational institution it is not possible to install lifts all disable students should be facilitated and accommodated on ground floors.
7-In Pakistan for jobs 2 % seats are reserved for disable persons which means that they can get one job in an organization where 50 persons are working which is not good situation. In Pakistan most of the organizations are small so disable person after getting education are also not in a position to get a job And spend life as a respectable citizen. According to my opinion the quota should be in creased to 5% so that disable person can get job in an organization where 20 employees are working.
8-For that time the problems cannot be solved until real representatives are not present at every stage. It is amazing that at the legislation stage in senate and national and provincial assemblies there are no seats reserved for disable persons than how their problems can be solved. According to my opinion some seats should be reserved in all these institutions so that real representation of a large portion of community can be made.
9-In federal public public service commission exam (css) no seats are reserved for disable persons despite the fact that they have proved their capabilities in recent years by competing the other students in these exams.so proper quota should be reserved for disable persons in c.s.s. so that they can also impart their role in society.
10-I want to point out a mismanagement problem in Punjab university. In Punjab university lifts are installed in the wahdat road examination halls and in some departments also but they are not being operated. If a disable person want to go on second floor for examination and to attend class he has to face a lot of difficulty. . Any higher authority has not considered this issue. I request you to take notice because this is a very simple issue and can be resolved easily.
11-For those persons e.g. deaf &blind who cannot get education in educational instutions for normal persons special institutions should be established at union council level throughout Pakistan.
12-If a disable person starts a small business like shop etc many Govt.officials like market committees WAPDA disturbs that person prior to this that what is his income. Legal protection should be given so that these persons can earn their livelihood in a respectable way.
13-In all educational institutions and other public places all the facilities suitable for special persons such as washroom etc.provided so that disable persons can feel satisfaction on these places performing routine activities.
14-In all public libraries and educational institutions libraries disable persons should be facilitated so that they can benefit from these libraries. The library staff should be trained to cooperate with special persons during library visits.
15-According to my information in new education policy disable persons are not considered and there is no provision at basic and higher educational level to solve their problems so I demand from government of Pakistan that above mentioned suggestion related to education should be a part of education policy
If attention should be given to above highlighted problems and proper legislation should be made and its effective implementation should be made than we can make disable persons useful citizen. These persons can impart properly in progress of the country and lot of money which we spend on life time rehabilitation can be saved.

i am writing to inform you that i am working in the sui gas department as a assistant accountant from last five years on contract basis,and waiting for confirmation .we work in the company like slaves because in our contract not even one holiday allow to us which is really a unfair to us.I am married man and i want to go outside the city with my wife but due to the unfair contract i cant go outside from last five years .our daiy rate is 425 Rs . which is very low as compared to our current economical condition. yesterday 17 May 2009 at 8 am Chaudary Shaibre Nazam UC no 1/4L and Owner of the Suffa School took a large number of labour and diging machine (Ecvatar)destored many Christian Graves in Ayab Park.many bones of the dead bodies came out from the graves.when this news spread in Christian community,they felt strong reaction against Shaibre and TMO Okara.The Christian community started meeting and protest realies against their action. Employers of thisle council also started meeting with their unions.leaders of the christian community condemned the action of Suffa School owners. they also informed district administration about this matter. the Christian community, social and religious organizations apple to the Punjab Government and federal Government to re-estate the Graveyard real position and also registrar the case against those people.if the action would not be taken the Christian community organized protest Punjab level and after that all over the country. Today the Christian community started a protest camp and demonstration. it is responsibility of the Government to keep peace and provide justice .

I met him this morning and he wept bitterly and told me that he has been robbed by Arif Asst.Supritendent a sum of 25,500/RS and also that officer slapped him and bet him with his shoes.That officer did this for nothing but to snatch the money and terrorise the prisoners.The officer also robbed 12,500/RS from another prisoner who also requested to take some action against that thief.
You are requested to please make some reforms in the jail and educate them that the prisoners are humans and treat them like they treat the others.You have made marvelous reforms in Police but it’s time to do the same in in jails if you want to make the prisoners free of all sins and educate them to become a good citizen otherwise,all your reforms will be in vain.

Sub: Complain Against Malpractices College of Administration & Management Sciences (former name: Allied college of Textile Management & administration), 105, Garden Block, Opposite Telephone Exchange, New Garden Town, kalma Chowk, Lahore.
I belong to extremely poor family from rural area of district Toba Tek Singh. After my graduation, I read an advertisement in newspapers by the said college regarding admissions in MBA (Banking & Finance).The college announced the free hostel facility in the advertisement and also in letter on interactions with the administration (copies attached). When I had deposited the admission fee of Rs. 22000/- and joined the classes, I requested the administration for the allotment of room in the hostel .The administration, initially, avoided listening to me but when I put up strong follow-up, they not only refused to allow me the room but also insulted me.
I and other affected students took up the matter more vigorously with the administration/departmental heads Mr. Shoaib Muzaffar Sial, Mr.Sarfraz Muzzar Sial & Mr. Shakeel Ahmed khan. These gentlemen not only flatly refused to listen to the genuine requests of the students but also insulted and threatened the students with dire consequences if they continued their follow-up.
On our Persistent request for hostel facility, the administration has changed the name from Allied college of Textile Management & Administration to Kings College of Administration & Management Sciences and has expelled the students. Now we stand nowhere. We have lost precious time of one year along with hard earned and borrowed money of our parents.
The administration has threatened the student body and that are quite scared threats. I request you to initiate investigation/inquiry into the loot and plunder of the students by the administration of the said college and bring them to justice.
I request you to arrange compensation of my lost time and reimburse Rs.22000/- that I had deposited with the college and punish Mr. Shoaib Muzaffar Sial , Mr. Sarfraz Muzaffar Sial & Mr. Shakeel Ahmed Khan for looting and cheating the poor students and close the institution involved in fraudulent activities.

REQUEST FOR EXTENDING THE LAST DATE OF ADMISSIONS
Dear Sir ,
As you are aware, Board Of Intermediate and Secondary Education ( BISE ) , Lahore declared the Final Result of Intermediate Students on 10th September , 2011.
This time, the Computer System of the BISE played a havoc to the Result Cards of the estimated 25,000 students ( which includes FSc. Pre Engineering Group as well ) and they have not been able to rectify the mistakes in the results. Thousands of affected students and their parents are visiting BISE office daily but their problems are not being attended properly/not solved. Hence, the Existing Result Cards remain incorrect.RL menace is in addition to this.
We understand from UET website Press Release that last date of submitting Application forms has been fixed as Monday , the 19th of September, 2011. This is highly unrealistic/unjustified in view of situation explained above. At the same time ,the UET prospectus 2011 was not available even yesterday at many branches of HBL(e.g., Allama Iqbal Town,Lahore branch) and they expect it on 15th September, 2011. Many parents hailing from cities outside Lahore informed the same situation on UET prospectus non-availablity.
It is therefore requested that Last date of submission of Application Forms for undergraduate programs should be extended by at least 10 days ( upto 30th of Spetember, 2011.) By that time, the BISE would be in a position to correct the Results of FSc. Pre Engineering / ICS students and UET prospectus will also be available.
Shall be obliged for the same / suitable press release in this respect.Best regards.

Sir I appeared in Matric examination through BISE Gujranwala under Roll No.707434 in the current year. The result was announced on 2nd August,2011. My result was declared as RLE. My result was declared on 13 August,2011 in which I was declared as passed by getting 913 marks.
I applied for rechecking of my result as the result was not upto my expectations for which I was much disturbed. On 11.10.2011 I received a call from Board Office to see my papers. I gone Gujranwala where the Board Authorities shown me my papers of Math, Bio and Pak Studies. The objective paper of pak studies not shown to me. Alhamdolillah by rechecking six numbers in Math and one number in Bio increased. I requested the Controller to show me the objective paper of Pak Studies but he refused to do so.
Sir, I request your honour to pass necessary instructions to Board Authorities to show me my objective paper of Pak Studies in which they have not awarded me numbers as I attempted all questiions with right answers.
Keeping in view the above I am knocking your door to save my career as I hope that if they show me the said paper my numbers will INSHALLAH be increased for which I have already paid the fee of Board.

Respectfully it is stated that my name is Shahid Ali. I lived in Chak No 215 R.B Nathary Tesil & District Faisalabad. My father is a retired government servant from Pakistan Army. He serves the nation with devotion and honestly. He is a sugar and lever patient. Mother had died in last year. I have one little brother and sister. I did my Msc in Pakistan studies in first division. I also got a diploma in computer from Government College in high marks. But unfortunately I am jobless. I have applied for many posts. But not given the proper response. Until I had applied for Naib Qasid and junior clerk. One year ago I have submit the application to the Chief Minister Of Punjab. In response I got a letter No Director Petition CM 2856 which is refer to the DCO Faisalabad. The DCO Faisalabad refer this letter to EDO education Faisalabad. But EDO educations reply me there is no job at that time. But next day education department announces the vacancy of literacy mobilizers. I have submitted the application for the educator in education department. But its unfruitful. Government appointed the educator those have bogus documents. Later the government had dismissed. I have no money and reference for get high jobs. I have submitted the application to the Prime Minister of Pakistan. The office of the Prime Minister refers this application to the Chief Secretary of Punjab but in think that my application put into the dustbin. Some time I have no money for purchase the medicine and food. I cannot go to city Faisalabad for give the application for job because I have no money. Sir I will suicide if give me not proper response relating to my problem. I think that there is no need to alive. Sir I also think that you can reach my application to relating person Prime Minister or Chief Minister. Sir I requested to you gives me proper job according to my qualification. We are facing serious problems from our one residence who are kanjer by his profession and have a criminal record and they are engage in illegal activities recently few months ago their young daughter give birth to a child without marriage and kill the born baby after birth now Moharam is continue and on 7th of Moharram they did MATUM in street with a number of persons who are outsider of this street without the permission of any neighborhood, however the street is to small even two persons cannot go together at a time we are all residents of the street are much disturbed from this behaviour of these people and we do not want that they do MATUM in this street because people cannot go in their homes if they are out of homes because the street is locked from both ends which is against the freedom of human being of this street we are all residence of the street decided that we would not give them permit for this kind of activity and make meeting of the SHO thana Sanda MR. JAVED SIDIQUI who said that I will not permit them for MATUM in this street because they have no license for it but they did it on due day without our permission and police was protecting them the person behind them is Hamayun Butt who is supporting them this illegal activity who did not know the problem of the residential of the street .
You are requested that please visit the street and help us in this matter and give us protection and stop this illegal activity from these criminal and badmash persons and stop them to do this they are also drink in street openly late at night you should visit the street at 10pm to 2pm late night which is the peak time for them to drinking and inhaling charass openly the residentials of the street wants peace and protection but nobody can take action against them because police did not take action against these people.

The result of PMDC and Paper need to be rechecked as there are Dr. Ajmal Khan, Dr. Taimoor working in Rawalpindi and some other people from PMDC who collected 700000 (7 Lac) per student to pass them. Only Dr. Ajmal Khan has collected 7 Lac per student from more than 200 foreign graduates .

The environment and arragments are very poor and pity able.There at the canteen the sale local Amrat cola bottle in 100 Rs and Ghee in 220 Rs.Mach of 1 rupee in three rupee and they charge many for 5Kg Coal and give 2.5Kg Mess and meeting shad in on contract.when we send some thing for prisoners half of them steel the management of the Jail.when any presioner demands for hole of his goods jail management threatends superdent Ahmad Naveed Gondal and dupty supredent saifullah Gondal of deputed some person that gives daily of 500 bribe they sale heerven.they have a tube well belt for the torcher of the persons that is against any law the torcher the prisonrs and close them in torcher cell all they are in great trouble and there parents already have saled there all property when they collect mony to give them any one complain judge Sb he has to face torcher and chalan from this Jail to another.At 26-13-12 Monday Superdent Naveed Gondal and Saif Gondal Javeed Torched 25 Prisoners and clost them in torcher cell.The name of prisoners as who has to face torcher of the superdent are as following.

We residents of Mohallah Islam Nagar Faisalabad are facing a serious problem for last 25 days. The water recived through WASA lines is highly dirty and polluted. It contains a strong stink. It seems that sewer water has got mixed with the water supplied by WASA. This situation is highly dangerous and unhygienic. This water is undrinkable and the residents are under seveer risk of health.
Your honour is requested to kindly look into the matter and issue order for the redress of the problem. We shall be highly thankful to you for this favour.
