Lahore- a short film by Nashmia Khan

I was completely dazzled by this rather off-beat short film on Lahore by Nushmia Khan. She tries to defy the conventional way of capturing a city and succeeds in capturing some fine moments of this gorgeous city. The  music has been composed by Basheer & The Pied Pipers

  1. Dear Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, I want to bring you kind notice that Rs.3000/-p,m have been announced as hard area allowance in favour of College teachers at selected/special places from your good end, Finance department has refused to grant above mentioned allowance to the College Librarians in-spite of teaching the subject of Library Science to the Inter mediate classes, it is also mentioned that so many previous notifications have declared College Librarians as Teachers. It is also mentioned that College Librarian having Master degree and have been selected by the Punjab Public Service Commission just like the College Lecturers. So, it is requested that above mentioned allowance may also please be granted to the College Librarians as well as the College Lecturers. In this regard, necessary order may please be issued to the Finance Department.Thanks. From Ashfaq Rashid, Librarian, Government Degree College, Khairpur Tamewali, District Bahawalpur.
